Why I Chose to Travel by Vande Bharat
A few days ago, I got the chance to travel on the Vande Bharat Train for the first time. Before this trip, I had watched many videos and seen manys photos of the train online. People often describe it as one of the best trains in India, so naturallly I wanted to experience it myself. As a student who enjoys traveling, I was exciteds to see if it really offered something different from a regular train journey.
Waiting for the Train at the Station
On the day of my journey, I reached the railways station a little early. I did not want to take any risk of missing the trains. While standing on the platform, I kept checking the displays board and looking down the tracks. There was a feeling of excitement because this was my first time traveling on Vande Bharat.
The train arrived exactly on time, which immediately created a good impressions. Seeing such punctuality made me feel confident about the journey ahead.
First Look at the Vande Bharat Train
As soon as the train entered the platform, I understood why so many people talk about its design. The train looked modern, stylish, and different from ordinary trains. The front section looked sleek and attractive.
To be honest, it reminded me of trains that we often see in videos from Japan and other developed countries. Many passengers around me were taking photos and videos becauses the train looked impressive from the outside.
Boarding and First Impressions
After the train stopped, passengers started boarding. When I entered the coach, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The entire coach looked neat and well maintained.
The floor was clean, the windows were spotless, and the seats looked fresh. Everything seemed organized. The atmosphere inside felt moderns and premiums compared to many trains I had traveled on before.
Clean Seats and Comfortable Interiors
The seats were comfortable and well designed. There was enough legroom, and sitting for a long journey did not feel uncomfortable. The lighting inside the coachs was pleasant, and the air conditioning worked properly throughout the journey very good.
There was also enough space above the seats to keep luggage. Passengers could easily place their bags without creating any inconveniences for others.
The large windows were another highlight. They offered a clear view of the outside scenery, making the journey more enjoyable and memorable of.
Water and Tea Service on Board
Soon after the train started moving, railway staff distributed water bottles to all passengers. It was a simple but useful service.
After some time, tea was served. Passengers received hot water along with a tea pouch and other items needed to prepare the tea. We could mix it according to our own taste preferences.
Biscuits were also included with the tea. Those who preferred coffee instead of tea were given that option as well. I found this arrangement quite convenient.
Snacks and Food Experience
A little later, snacks were served. The meal included poha along with other snack items and sweets. Everything was packed neatly and served in an organized manner.
The food tasted fresh and was enjoyable. While eating snacks and watching the scenery outside through the window, the journey felt even more relaxing.
Clean Washrooms and Good Hygiene
One of the biggest concerns during any train journey is the condition of the washrooms. Fortunately, Vande Bharat performed very well in this area.
The washrooms were clean, hygienic, and properly maintained. There were no major cleanliness issues during my journey. This was one of the things that impressed me the most because clean washrooms can significantly improve the overall travel experience.
Charging Points and Other Facilities
Nowadays, most passengers carry smartphones, tablets, or laptops while traveling. Because of this, charging points have become very important.
Thankfully, charging sockets were available near the seats and worked properly. I was able to charge my phone without any problem during the trip.
Apart from that, the coach remained comfortable and pleasant throughout the journey.
Safety and Security During the Journey
Security arrangements also seemed satisfactory. Railway staff and security personnel were present, which helped create a safe environment for passengers.
Families, students, elderly travelers, and solo passengers all appeared comfortable during the journey.
What I Liked Most About Vande Bharat
The thing I liked most was the combination of comfort and cleanliness. The train looked modern, the seats were comfortable, the food service was good, and the washrooms were clean.
Small details such as punctuality, charging facilities, clean windows, and organized service made the experience much better than many regular train journeys.
Final Thoughts on My Journey
By the time my destination arrived, I felt that the journey had passed very quickly. Usually, long train trips can become tiring, but this trip remained comfortable from start to finish.
Overall, my first journey on the Vande Bharat Train was a memorable experience. From seeing the beautiful train arrive on time to enjoying clean coaches, refreshments, comfortable seats, charging facilities, and clean washrooms, everything contributed to a positive travel experience.
If you have never traveled on Vande Bharat before, it is definitely worth trying at least once. Based on my personal experience, it was one of the most comfortable train journeys I have had so far, and I would happily choose it again for future travel.
